Current• Leading a team of 3 people. • Developing strategies to increase the quality, efficiency and speed of the processes and deliverables inside the TA department (Employer Branding, ReferralPrograms, Young Talent, Intern Recruitment,Social Media Content, among others). • Involved in salary budget negotiations for new structures, new businesses, or new accounts. • Fronting and negotiation with internal and external clients. • Guarantee the quality of the pipe of the recruitment process, contact with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to improve the employee experience. • Assignment of objectives, tasks and reviews of individual performance to the team.• Developing reports and presentations of results to the Human Resources Direction and Finance Direction. • Identify and follow the key talent and principal competitors in the industry.• Management of regional projects (recruitment to the USA market or offshoring projects). • On charge of identifying, developing, and retaining key talent. • Review and creation of the career pad. • Keep looking for new ways of work or new tools to improve the recruitment process.
