Software Tools & Web-based Projects PM:Responsible to bring web-based and software solutions to internal processes and technical agent's tools, managing the end-to-end project implementation, following up the project plan, ETA prioritization and stakeholders’ communication. - I managed software and web-based projects to standardize and migrate the technical agent processes, several organizational websites, validating the scope with the stakeholders, eliminating roadblocks, providing guidelines and support to development team, managed the project workflow with KANBAN and other agile methodologies, and communicating the progress to the stakeholders until the implementation. We reduced 20% the time spent in call and increased the employee engagement.Communication Program PM:Responsible to develop the organizational and projects communication strategy. Use the best communication channels for each group of stakeholders and maintain the alignment with the organizational goals.- I coordinated the All-Employee Meeting as monthly basis working directly with the organization's director and management team, organized meetings with guest and presenters, dry run meetings and strong organizational and power point design skills. I managed projects to improve the employee connection and collaboration in the new virtual work environment, implementing change management and communication workflow to make successful the users acceptance. All the KIPs were quickly succeeded, and I received a recognition from the organization’s chief officer.

Compensations and Recognition PM:Responsible to manage the recognition programs for the employees, making sure the program metrics are aligned with the organizational goals, coordinating with management team the winning process, communicating, and processing the payments working closely with payroll team. - I transformed the recognition program experience and the value of the prizes, managing a financial investigation. The change delivered a great result in program goals increasing the sNPS 3% and eliminated the negative feedback about the program.- I planned and executed every quarter the recognitions ceremony event, working the procurement process, budget calculation, vendor selection and plan with management team the activity. The program sNPS improved from 60% to 100%.People Engagement Program PM:In charge of collect, analyze employee's feedback and ideas to deliver results to create actions and projects to improve the employee experience and work environment. - Executing focus groups, design thinking and Likert scale surveys, I analyzed story behind the qualitative and quantitative data to present the results in executive level and then leading the action plan with projects and actions. I managed the governance and the communication plan of the whole program and of each project and initiatives. For two consecutive years the metric of employee engagement Index was achieved increasing 7% points, that means a big success.HP PM Community Core Team Member:Create and deliver trainings of project management at HP CR site level. - As part of the PM core team, I provided trainings of project management fundamentals, PMBOK 7th edition changes, managing project from start to finish and more.
