Work closely with varies departments in the hotel including F&B, Event & Catering, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, IT Technology, Revenue & Reservations teams in order to achieve hotel KPI. Managing hotel internal and external online channels (Online Travel Agent) room sales, distribution and marketing activity through social media. TASK & TO-DO LIST:***Work with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Regional and Divisional Online Marketing Manager to ensure property content and offers are up-to-date and consistent with brand strategies. ***Plan and manage online marketing campaigns with digital agencies & Starwood Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific Team. ***Ensure brand consistency and reinforcement in all marketing copy, EDM, SEM, photography, communications and programs. ***Ensure all hotel marketing ads and partnering campaign is on Starwood & also brand (Four Points by Sheraton) compliance. ***Work with starwood divisional revenue management teams to execute all promotional campaigns & rates to be use accordingly to the property. Manage all creative aspects of promotional offers at the property level. ***Identify and add hotels to third party channels in marketing linking and viral search opportunities. ***Enforce brand.com organic search (SEO) through Central Management System (CMS).***Coordinate all Online Travel Agent (OTA) related activities and maintain relationship to identify revenue opportunities in needs periods and targeted market feeders. ***Planning and implementation of SEM,SEO, Social Media Optimisation.***Responsible for identifying, developing and maximising opportunities to drive revenue across all online channels.Prepare & execute e-commerce business plan, budget, develop sales campaign, and improve market share from direct channels (brands.com)

*Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, fax, or through a central reservation system.*Processes reservations by mail, telephone, fax or central reservation systems referral, sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.*Prepares letters of room reservation confirmation. Communicates reservation information with the front desk and relay guest requires arrangement with the related department.*Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk or agent.*Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed.*To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required.*Operate hotel PMS (Opera) and taking reservation over the phone, with standard telephone etiquettes. (All must be answered within 3 rings, no screen calls as caller don’t not want to tell their story twice or be questioned why they are calling for)*Assisting Revenue Manager conducting market survey over there competitors through online channels. Analyses information gathered to execute strategy and come out with unsurpassed rates to sell through the online distribution & retail. Selling the right rates, at the right time. *Determines hotel room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel and market conditions.*Monitoring daily’s room inventory to sell, ensure is not over book. Ensuring our rates is competitive with the COMPSET, in maximizing the REVPAR and YOY hotel growth. *Updating and creating rate plans onto hotel PMS with it own terms- for the reservation and front office to book and use internally. Selling status and benefits of the rate package plans. Configuring rates on the hotels property management system.*Open and close the room availability as and when required of hotel in all the GDS channels,OTA channels and on the hotel website.

*Assisting banquet manager and operation ensuring the event run smoothly. *Assisting in looking for partimer when extra manpower require. *Venue setup whether in or outside hotel.*Food & beverage serving.
