- Manage and lead Flour division accounting teams in SAR and PRC to handle operation issues and assist to streamline the team on a continue basis.- Compile financial and management reporting, budget and rolling forecasts of whole Flour division on timely basis (total revenue scale: app. HK$3.6billion).- Evaluate for new investments opportunities with synergies to existing flour business. Provide financial advice in various projects for decision making.- Monitor ROI on business and capital expenditures and keen on working on cost reduction and improving operational workflow.

Hong Kong

1. Compile consolidation and related disclosure notes of infrastructure segment (approximate 30 projects) on timely basis (total assets size scale: app. HK$34billion)2. Assist supervisors in reviews of relevant agreements and reports for new investments to identify the funding requirement, statutory disclosure and accounting treatment of the deals3. Coordinates with auditors and valuers in the preparation of valuation reports or purchase price allocation exercises4. Assists supervisors in reviews of investment / impairment appraisal of existing projects on ad-hoc basis5. Analyse the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts on project basis submitted by Project Admin Dept that includes analysis of operational data, conducting analytical review and comparison with industry6. investigating and assessing the impact on group results, financial position and disclosures for any change in accounting standards and statutory requirements7. Handle profit tax computation and tax filing for HK incorporated companies

Being the engagement manger of audit engagement of a HK Listed Conglomerate - CITIC Limited (Formerly known as CITIC Pacific Limited; HKEX: 0267) and MNC clients (e.g. Panasonic, Seiko Instruments and Heineken Hong Kong Limited).  2.
