I am a Partner and Head of the divorce and family team of Withersworldwide in Singapore. As a Family Law specialist for over 16 years, I have extensive experience in all areas of family and divorce law in the Singapore Courts. My practice includes acting for clients in contentious custody applications with cross-jurisdictional issues, family violence applications, mediation and advising on the preparation and drafting of pre-nuptial & post-nuptial deeds for wealth preservation.I am a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, membership of which is exclusive to family lawyers with extensive experience in international disputes relating to maintenance, division of assets and children's issues. I was named by the Singapore Business Review in January 2019 as one of Singapore's top 20 'Most Influential Lawyers aged 40 and under for 2018' and have been listed in the Doyles Guide for Leading Family & Divorce lawyers in Singapore as a Leading lawyer since 2019. I am ranked as a Preeminent lawyer in the same guide for two consecutive years since 2023. I am also recognised as a Future Star in Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific for five years since 2020 and am recommended for Family law in the Legal 500 guide.
