My works include in preparing proposal during the project tendering / bidding stage, reviewing project specification and contract details, scheduling, involving in process design, procurement, familiarizing with safety & quality requirement, ensuring project is executed in a safely manner with a desired quality and delivered on time, coordinating internally with all discipline teams and externally with clients, focal point of the project, progress reporting, forecasting on the Cost to Complete and cash flow to Finance Department, and ensuring the profitability of the project.

Singapore

Stationed in Exxon Mobil petrochemical plant and take lead as a Project Engineer for all maintenance work i.e. routine maintenance, shutdown and turnover. My responsibilities include:1) Report to the Lead Planner.2) Liaison with sub-contractors and clients.3) Prepare and monitor work schedule.4) Prepare and monitor progress measurement system.6) Work progress monitoring and reporting inclusive of daily, weekly and monthly reports.7) Preparation of correspondences on contractual and commercials matters. 8) Preparing claims, invoices and variation orders.9) Monitoring and processing claims from sub-contractors and supplier engaged at site.10) Preparation of close-out report and assisting in close-out of project accounts.
