I was responsible for seven products within Yandex.Eats related to the offline user experience. • Managed a team of three designers (Middle and Senior). • Developed and presented the design vision for the offline stream of Yandex.Eats, contributing to the product strategy. • Established communication workflows within the design team and with product management, stakeholders, and marketing. • Mentored and hired designers. • Monitored the team’s eNPS and worked on motivation. • Collaborated with the marketing team and external contractors as an art director.
