I was the original creative of Art Edit Magazine 3 years ago. An art director was employed to run the magazine for the next 2 years. Last year the magazine came back under my art direction.

Art director, production and everything in between. On joining Luxury Travel, my first assignment was the complete redesign of the magazine. I was also responsible for the art direction of all other supplements associated with the Luxury Travel brand, such as tourism board booklets

A weekly news magazine inserted in the weekend Australian Newspaper, it was a job I enjoyed immensely. Where else could you photograph prime ministers, politicians.

Newsprint at its prime. Newspapers were beginning to introduce colour to their pages, which in turn saw the growth of colour insert supplements. Magazine designers like myself saw the possibilities to design in another medium. I was responsible for the Design and layout of these colour supplements which included creative direction of photo shoots and page.
