My role in Fave is ensuring customer enjoy a seamless and great payment experience.---Ownership---- Maintain payment stability and accuracy.- Optimise payment by improving authorization rate, conversion rate, speed and performance.- Reduce payment frictions and improve payment experience.- External wallet integration (GrabPay, Boost, AirAsia Big Loyalty, OVO).- Fave loyalty partnersnip integration (DBS - PayLah!, SingTel - Dash, GPay, UOB TMRW)- Evaluate priorities from business needs. - Fraud and risk management.- Monitor daily payment performance across 3 regions.- Project management ensure product delivered within timeline.- Product management identifying the problem with data oriented and apply innovative solutions.- People management Ensuring trust and motivation within team.

Quality Assurance is crucial when it comes to real time billing transactions. Extra careful when it comes to testing and delegate testing for every sprint in different platforms for agile development. Managing multiple releases across different platforms are challenging. It's also a challenge to lead interns in this QA position role. ---Ownership--->> Work close with 20+ Engineering and be supportive to them.>> Work across multiple platforms (Web, Android, iOS) on weekly releasing sprint.>> Test and delegate testing tickets in daily basis.>> Create Test Plan for Regression Testing.>> Prioritise bug for each sprint.>> Involve in sprint planning.>> Delegate test cases for regression execution.>> Support daily bug tickets, replicate and assign to the right Engineering team.>> Ensure bug tickets process well handled.>> Support real time urgent issues by follow standard SOP.>> Setup Web automation environment and continuous develop automation script.>> Researching automation tool for future implementation.---Technologies---Mailchimp, Nexmo, Sentry, Jira, Ayden, Midtrans, Appium, Capybara, Ruby, Postman, Testrails
