I am a passionate scientist with over 14 years of research experience. I specialize in the development of cutting-edge CAR T cell therapies for B cell malignancies and autoimmune disease. My work builds on my expertise in Cell Biology to enhance our understanding of immune and tumor biology, particularly in optimizing CAR T cell designs to enhance their efficacy against malignant cells while minimizing side effects. By leveraging innovative strategies and interdisciplinary collaboration, I aim to transform how we approach immune-based therapies in oncology and autoimmune conditions.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to think outside the box, leading innovative projects that explore novel approaches to enhancing therapeutic efficacy. My experience includes managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with academic, clinical, and industry partners to translate complex scientific ideas into impactful and practical solutions.I hold a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Gerstner Sloan Kettering Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, where my research on tumor glycolysis provided insights into immune exclusion mechanisms in solid tumors.
