I have several years of experience in assuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in whatever workplace I find myself in. In every instance, I delight in meeting diverse people and learning about them and their lives. Having pursued my B.S. in Psychology, my passion lies in extending care, compassion, and empathy towards people, while passing on the knowledge and tools they need to develop care, compassion, and empathy towards themselves. Creativity is important to me as well; no matter what sort of problem I'm trying to solve or issue I'm trying to help someone address, I love to find a creative slant to it. It's rare to find a cut and dry, cookie cutter solution to many issues, and so I like to be ready to navigate the intricacies of more complex requests when needed.Diversity is another point I am passionate about. Being a trans man, I am highly invested in dispelling misconceptions based in a lack of information, as well as providing a comfortable, open space for people of all identities. I believe that workers who are allowed to be themselves, and have their identities acknowledged and accepted, are likely to exhibit a higher level of productivity and job satisfaction.
