Coordinating the opportunities tied to Production is a challenge position involving multiple segments like Completion, Subsea, Well Testing, Well Services, SIS, Artificial Lift and Sand Management services.Development of executive maps for each segment summarizing the existing markets for offshore fields. It is also part of the content strategic guidelines in short, medium and long term with corresponding technologies required by Petrobras. Currently developing a cross-segments holistic plan for mature fields revitalization comprising from seismic to Integrated Asset Management. This will guide the efforts of the company in the promising Rejuvenation of Campos Basin.

Coordination of project teams. - Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating engineering efforts and shop team in the delivery of Lower and Upper Completions - Perform project follow up and analyze critical paths; making decisions and recommendations based on better practices in other areas for the benefit of local projects - Generating technical documents for field support and installation, completion procedures and schematics- Negotiating critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies

- Disseminating the concept of Smart Completion and Smart Field among Petrobras Brazil and South America (Argentina – Mexico – Venezuela – Bolivia)- Pursuing contracts, tenders, Technical Agreements with Petrobras and other customers.- Development of new systems in partnership with Petrobras. - First time installation and qualification of several systems in Latin America like SCRAMS, MC and AccuPulse

- Installation of lvl 5 MSCS multilateral systems for Petrobras- Managing shop team- Providing Technical Support for customer

- Providing technical specifications for lower and upper completion for multiple projects like Barracuda/Caratinga, Salema/Bijupira, Marlim Leste, Albacora among others. - Developing partnerships and managing contracts with different service companies for new technologies and products like Sand Control, Multilateral and Smart Completion- Handling completion shop operations- Provision of well schematics and best procedures.

- Dealing with full range of completion operations: Cement Evaluation Log, Squeeze, Sand Control, Stimulations, Upper Completion, Production Tests, Deployment of X-Mas Trees and all sort of issues involving workovers and contingencies.- Managing all service personnel onboard (80 -100 people in average)
