Oversee all IT operations including staff, infrastructure, and vendors providing managed services for three distinct companies in the group (trucking back-office services; outsourced HR services; offshore staff augmentation services). Environment comprised of 750+ users in primarily Microsoft hybrid on-premise/cloud environment for 8 locations in 3 countries. Primary system of record is Dynamics 365 Sales (SaaS) platform integrated with GP Finance/D365 Business Central (SaaS) and other applications, including internal MS SQL Server data sources and Azure based PowerBI data sources. • Develop and maintain the Information Technology Plan.• Build IT organization framework based on Business Strategic and Technology Plans.• Develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with business objectives.• Implement a scalable IT organization and management structure.• Select and maintain relationships with external vendors for managed services along Desktop, Networking, Phone System, Operations/Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Applications, Data and BI environments.• Lead Dynamics 365 CE implementation and enable IT team to take over system maintenance and ongoing release schedule.• Implement a comprehensive cyber security management program.• Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.• Propose strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.• Prepare financial budgets and performance reports.• Establish a cadence of communication with leaders of the business to ensure alignment of IT direction and priorities.

Manage two agile development teams and one Tier-3 technical support team (15 staffers). Teams were geographically dispersed between US (FL & GA) and India.• Build and maintain customer-facing Human Capital Management (HCM) web applications for PEO business unit, used by more than 600k client employees in a SaaS model. • Build and maintain Client Benefits Eligibility/Billing/Reconciliation, and FMLA case management applications, for US$1B+ book of business.• Provide Tier 3 internal technical support and Critical Incident Response for approximately 10k cases annually.• Manage IT project portfolio and workforce budgets required to support our products.
