• Responsible for conducting special dimensional studies.• Dimensional problem solving, study evaluation with statistical tools.• Data collection and customer reports preparation.• Working on dimensional convergence for new products during launch.• Coordinate with other departments on process improvements which influence dimensions of products and made parts.• Working to get Capability on Process and Products.• Use DMAIC for solving dimensional issues.• Solving Gages Issues. • Standardize mesurement methods to get Cp, Cpk .• Responsible to control Production Runs when a test is needed.

• Support on manufacturing Tool packs and fixtures giving design information to supplier. • Administrating founds generating PO’s to Suppliers.• Making samples required from customer.• Developing documentation (QPS, Process Flow, Control Plan, AMEF ).• Supervise Assembly Cells. • Substations Arrangement.• Making Red Rabbits.• Making Shipments dealing with traffic and customs.• Making Poka yokes.• Handling equipment (Laser, Adhesive, Welding ).
