Took part in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and initial operation of the facilities. Carried out registration of the process optimization cases for future implementation during next, brownfield, stage of the Project. As a member of the engineering team, Process engineer, in charge to revise and supervise front-end engineering and design development (FEED) carried out TOYO Engineering in Tokyo. Project is a brownfield project to expand existing facilities and ramp up the oil production from 400 kbpd to 550 kbpd and include expansion of central processing facilities, new oil production well pads and water injection system. Involved in development of FEED for water sources for water injection system of West Qurna-2 oil field, revise and supervision of the work carried out by WorlyeParsons engineering contractor in Abu-Dhabi. FEED was developed for two water sources, first - Third river (surface water source), second - Dammam aquifer (subsurface water source). During the work was deeply involved in development of the scope of works, process design, technical evaluations and studies (HAZOP/HAZID, SIL, LOPA, RAM, QRA etc.), technical support during tendering process, development of the water supply strategy for West Qurna-2 field, carry out several pilot test for technology selection, water balance development, etc. Show less
