- Conducting the whole process of tender procedure;- Preparing of procurement documentation;- As a member of evaluation committee: сommunication with potential suppliers and election of the winner;- Communication with Project Managers/Coordinators, Financial Managers, and upper management on procurement planning;- Providing assistance for realization of strategic tasks for the Organization;- Preparing drafts and signing contracts with suppliers;- Utilizing of specific instuments for financial monitoring of funds (QuickBooks, Precoro, Vchasno);- Utilizing of task managers (Microsoft Planner, Monday Work Management, Notion, Jira).

Internship in the Department of Econimic Diplomacy; in the Division of International Financial Institutions, Economic Organizations and Sectoral Cooperation involved execution of the following tasks:- Analysis of the foreign economic policy of Ukraine;- Preparation of reports on the results of diplomatic meetings;- Preparation of economic and financial outlooks;- Translation of reports from the foreign language.
