Responsible for managing the Energy and central maintenance department of the whole factory complex infrastructure comprised of 8 plants. Managing department responsible for maintenance and improvement of factory complex infrastructure. Duties: • Ensuring continuous uninterrupted supply of electrical energy (MV distribution system with 27 transformer stations), natural gas (MP distribution system with 19 gas substations), compressed air (central system with 3 compressor stations), central heating (2 central heating stations with three 9MW boilers) and water ( water distribution system with 7 deep wells) to 4 foundries, 4 machining plants and a number smaller workshops • Management of personnel of 30, which was upped to 50 at the end of 2012 when 3 other departments were assigned • Analysis of the energy consumption of the factories and workshops, energy efficiency monitoring and improvement • Modifications of industrial installations in and around the factories • Cooperation with other departments and coordination on site teams on middle and big investment projects in the CIMOS Serbia region • Cooperation with the procurement department in reducing spare parts costs Data processing of consumed energy 7 production plants and a number of smaller workshops. Procedure writing and field implementation. Implementing standards. Centralized control and monitoring systems modification and upgrading (Dispatch centre and Motor Control Centre).Standard certification team member and incorporating standards into everyday work.Database developing for process parameter input.Processing and analyzing large amounts of data.

Ensuring proper technical maintenance (preventive and proactive) of all equipment in and around the production process in Steel foundry plant. Spare part list management, finding alternatives for neccesary but overpriced parts. Generating preventive maintenance plans and general overhaul plans. Energy efficiency monitoring of the plant. Procedure writing and field implementation.Main achievement: reconstructed and reprogrammed the system of basement conveyors to increase energy efficiency.
