I am a theoretical physicist looking to make a splash in industry, after obtaining my doctoral degree at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. Throughout my academic career I was focused on theoretical and numerical research, almost exclusively connected to the physics of fluids. While in my early days I was more interested in flow simulation techniques (parallel programming) and stochastic simulations (both classical and quantum), during my stay abroad I specialized in thermodynamical descriptions of bubbles and droplets, along with developing a dynamical model for solid film dewetting effects.Currently I am collecting experience in the field of the machine learning (ML). Along with learning new technologies which are needed for implementing ML algorithms, I am very interested in the field on the fundamental level, since the state of art leaves a lot to be desired.Recently, I discovered the new love of my life: functional programming in Clojure. It is a coding elegance at it's finest.
