Leadership of EMEA E2E supply chain from sourcing, planning, manufacturing (50 plants and DC), warehousing and distribution to customers. Supporting a business of 6B euro in EMEA. Full responsibility for P&L COGS and Cash with inventory and capex management.

Manufacturing operations cover 40 plants operation, engineering and technology , outsourcing, manufacturing strategy, business supply chain strategy and operations

Responsibility for the supply chain and manufacturing of the special material chemical for 3M. Through a network of 5 large plants in USA, Europe and Asia, this supply chain support sales turnover of almost 12B out of the 35B of 3M.

Responsibility for supply chain and manufacturing activities including outsourcing, planning and manufacturing. Creation of strategy. Implementation of a new outsourcing department with upgraded capabilities and responsibilities.

Responsibility for Manufacturing and Supply Chain activities for 3M In France. Integration of multiples acquisition and footprint management through plant closure.

In a high growth environment. Andritz China was on fast track development path. The managing director of Andritz China needed a new operations leader to drive operational excellence, productivity and efficiency in the different departments of procurement, planning manufacturing and logistic. The mandate was as well included the deployment of an LSS program for the entire company. Those 3+ years were an amazing experience at professional level and cultural level. high impact was demonstrated in China with a real transformation of ways of working. In 2 years we were able to double volume while keeping headcount flat and improve our service from 75% to close to 90%. All this while improving the fundamental of safety and compliance.

Hired as Optimized Operation engineer, then move as Process Engineering supervisor and then as Production Manager in Pharmaceutical Operations.
