Introduction:My responsibilities were connected with the assistance of the main supply chain analyst and the international process manager. The main task that was achieved was the development of a method for each region where ICON Portals were installed. This provided the organization with an overview over the performance. It also gave insight in the difference per portal, the different inputs and the effect of updates on C&I (counting and identification) system. Introduction:During the internship I had to assists the general marketing manager with the development of the new marketing campaign. I have conducted a comprehensive marketing research on which target groups and markets the campaign should focus on. Moreover, for the management department I had to evaluate and choose a new apparel supplier. Introduction:During the internship I had to analyze the financial policy recommendations from the European Union towards Republic of Bulgaria. I had to collect, understand, process and verify the most relevant information from the received reports. Additionally, analytical and solution-driven presentation had to be carried out for every revised report.
