CurrentThe Gastronomical Curator guides and supervises the Creative Residency, Heenat Salma, and all the Caravane earth programs, projects, and venture's gastronomic programs at the intersec7on of art, science, and food in all aspects in 360 approach.GC is responsible for the gastronomic program's development and integration, implementation, execution, improvement, and quality control of the vision and mission of Caravane Earth in the gastronomic program.Based on the key mission and vision Gastronomic track curator creates programs, provides community building and management, holds events, provides catering concepts, strategical sourcing mapping, gastronomic performances and installa7ons, and provides research based on content such as articles, project proposals and workshop programs to attract artists, musicians, and chefs, and, as a result, gra7tude clients, wide-spreading values, etc.Searching and interac7ng with farmers, researchers, influencers, local, regional and international communities, artists, chefs, scientists, entrepreneurs, and thinkers who are at the forefront of modern gastronomy and technologies that determine the food agenda of the present and future sourced by best local and global prac7ces of the past.Our mission is to develop the public presence of Caravane Earth, its projects, programs and ventures (in par7cular, Heenat Salma farm) in both ways - in residency and our venues on one side, and across the country, region and on the global scale.
