Technical Support Engineer
- Monitoring the infrastructure and performing basic troubleshooting in common problems
- Effectively diagnosing, information collecting and troubleshooting for a resolutionof critical issues related to Clients for theirAzure Active Directory, Identity and Account management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Maintaining strict client SLA along with management of multiple cases with abilityto prioritize and manage time to exceed KPIs.
- Customer Relationship Management and providing technical support to businessclients via phone or email.
