Best practices of processes, controls and documentation for the project. • Monitoring PWC Team on the design and testing of SOX controls both automatic and manual for the SAP Upgrade Project. • Coordination of SAP Testing. • Report to the management regarding project progress and compliance with the design and implementation of SOX controls effectively. • Coordination activities for the Cutover and Post Golive for the SAP Project.

Responsible for the GRC Support and SAP Security in the Buenos Aires Support Center of AES Corp. (head office in USA), developing tasks such as:• SAP Support provided to Generation businesses of AES, such as those companies located in Chile, Argentina, El Salvador, Spain, Jordan, Bulgaria, Turkey and AES Corp.• Resolution an follow-up provided to requirements generated by the businesses through the use of tools such as SAP Solution Manager and HPOV (Hewllet Packard Open View)• Identification of enhancements performed to SAP processes, considering the control best practices set by the Corporation in terms of documentation and processes.• Knowledge of the different business processes implemented in SAP R/3, i.e. knowledge about transactions and parameterizations of Finance, purchase, sales, HR and Maintenance modules.• Test Cycle performance related to changes on SAP version (4.7 to 6.0 upgrade) for Generation businesses (Chile – Spain).• Generation of metrics reports in terms of case resolution.• Review of Critical Access to Corp SAP systems.• Support to the “Control Self Assessment” (CSA) review to all Corp SAP R/3 systems (15 systems) performed in the US.

• Team Coordinator of SAP Security Consultants associated to the Post Go live design, implementation and support of the Security Profiles. This included all the SAP R/3 modules (FI-MM-HR-SD-PM) Business Warehouse module 3.5(BW)• Responsible for the SAP GRC Access Control solution implementation project. This solution is aimed at managing accesses to applications, caring for the functional segregation and allowing performing access risk analysis on-line.• Design and agreement with the businesses regarding the daily procedures for the operation support included in the SLA´s• Definition and Support of the access requirements related to the Cutover activities.• Security training provided to different people of the project as Local Help Desk, Security resources, Process owners and Internal Control people for first level support by using tools such as GRC Access Control.• Development of activities related to the user creation and maintenance for the project.• SAP Tool Configuration used in the project as Compliance Calibrator (analyses Risks based on Function Segregation), Fire Fighter configuration (Critical Accesses) and Access Enforcer (assignment of user profiles).• Customized transaction assessment so as to identify risks in order to propose function segregation standards.

• Generation of reports for the head office (USA) related to the Sarbanes – Oxley (SOX) Compliance. • Participation in meetings held in the US with AES Corp. Audit teams, where work timelines have been presented plans to be performed in Chile as well as those requested by the head office. In addition, annual work timelines have been analyzed. • Report on internal control audit, presented to the Management of the company with the aim of taking on recommendations.• Assessment, analysis and creation of reports related to business cycle reviews of AES Gener and subsidiaries.• Creation and assessment of the internal control structure of the company, by making workflows and creating processes which allow the operational effectiveness. • Creation of control procedures focusing on process effectiveness.• Participation in audit procedures such as Inventories, balances, revisions, etc.• Close relationship with Managerial levels of AES Gener and subsidiaries in order to provide support related to Internal Control.• Awareness of SVS Standards, accounting standards, etc.

• Responsible for the audit team that participates in revision of financial statements of the following companies: AFP Hábitat and associated companies, Grupo Inmobiliario Socovesa, Bicedreyfus Fondos Mutuos, Cámara Chilena de la Construcción.• Research and analysis of the Internal Control structure of the following clients AFP Hábitat, Grupo Socovesa, Bicedreyfus Fondos Mutuos, reporting directly to the audit manager.• Description and analysis of the company business cycles, AFP Hábitat, Bicedreyfus Fondos Mutuos S.A., Grupo Socovesa, defining critical areas that could affect financial statements.• Coordination of several audit teams, i.e. tax and legal auditors, assigned by the manager.
