Prepare all disciplines of Home Integration proposals for Residential AV systems including Audio, Video (distributed, local high end rooms, home theater), Network, Telephone, Lighting, Shades,, HVAC, Cell Boosting, Cameras and Service Contracts

Responsible for general administration for all office related contracts, services, supplies and miscellaneous requirements. Handle all insurance requirements Business Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Disability, Health and Auto/Truck. Manage, pay and review all monthly overhead and vendor invoices. Review and process vendor agreements for ownership approval and set up new vendor requirements and parameters in company’s database. Handle all purcashing and dealer requirements manufacturers including Crestron, Lutron, Sonance, Integra, Universal Remote, Monitor Audio, Middle Atltantic, Niles, Chief, Leon, Liberty Cable and other distribution firms.Assist project managers and management with proposals, product information sheets and project information including costs and change orders. Deal on ongoing basis with company’s commercial clientele Project Managers.Assist operations with work scheduling product procurement and billing. Set up invoicing for management approval, invoice clients, and update all financial records. Process all sales tax and documents for extrnal accounting firm.

Credit Administration Manager. Deal with all phases of the bank’s credit administration and policies, including compliance and regulatory issues and loan review. Prepare and process loan review documentation including risk analysis, balance sheet analysis and assign overall credit ratings. Responsible for general administration and business development for the bank’s $100 million loan portfolio. Assist Agent, Lead and Participant Banks in loan syndications, interact with legal counsel in the US as well as Argentina in loan restructures and workouts in all aspects of debt-restructuring process.
