Supervise and lead project team during all phases of construction, performed QC/QA responsibilities to ensure overall quality, evaluate risk/reward scenarios for all scopes of work, protect company’s interest through constant negotiation of the main contract, design/build project management

Maintain multiple projects within budget restraints, constantly enforce safety culture and procedure of the company, forecast projects monthly and final costs, create and maintain project schedules, documentation of project events (correspondence, quantities, field issues, daily costs, RFIs, change orders, extra work, billings, submittals, purchase orders, etc), estimate projects for public and private work.

Supervision and scheduling of subcontractors, daily report logs, management of RFIs and material submittals, attend weekly construction meetings with owner, subcontractor and general contractor, gain knowledge of field construction from various subcontractors, gained knowledge of 24 hour construction work sites

Prepare storm water pollution prevention plans, calculate engineer's estimates, draw/revise plans in AutoCAD, conform plans to various city and county agencies, provide professional engineers with earthwork calculations and other take off quantities.
