▪ Manage the Project Software Quality Assurance team, providing leadership for team of testers, SQEs, test case writers▪ Responsible for scheduling new projects based on team utilization, manage resourcing on multiple projects, making sure quality and timelines are met for each software release▪ Monitor project testing progress daily, provide risk assessment, review problems and provide mitigation solution(s) for projects have risk of missing deliverable. Make sure appropriate staff is aware of the risks and action items to resolve them▪ Collaborate with Managers of other teams (Project Management Design, Developers, Data Delivery) in daily stand-ups, isolate and resolve risks and issues▪ Design and recommend improvements/changes to testing processes, and systems with quality improvement and time efficiency in mind▪ Maintain a good knowledge of company’s Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and templates. Work with staff and project team members to ensure adherence to those practices▪ Prepare periodic reports for management as requested summarizing performance metrics▪ Oversee test script development by the team and ensure their quality, accuracy and completeness▪ Conduct periodic performance reviews for each member of the staff, define goals for improvements, participate in creating career paths for employees based on their abilities and performance.

▪ Author test cases, test plans and summaries to support testing methodologies▪ Monitor and review all project deliverable quality▪ Provide risk-based analysis on test coverage and execution▪ Work with others on the engineering team to conform to ERT’s SDLC▪ Manage software testing efforts to schedule and estimates to achieve project deadlines▪ Execution of test scripts including detailed results and screen shots
