- Responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments. - Led deals representing 60% of Fund invested capital and asset manager for 6 of the Fund’s 13 investments - Managed due diligence including sourcing diverse and industry leading specialist technical resources, as well as coordinating legal and accounting processes though the investment lifecycle.- Completed deal structuring and financial analysis including development of financial models, capital budgeting, cashflow modelling and optimisation of financing plans.- Managed equity interest and influenced investee behavior and company outcomes through public company board and project level working group representation.

- Mechanical and Project Engineer on iron ore, gold, silver, graphite, rare earths, uranium, phosphate and lead/zinc projects.- Coordinated interdisciplinary teams for metallurgy, mechanical, electrical and infrastructure design teams- Coordination of resource geologists, mining, tailings and environmental/social consultants to evaluate greenfield and brownfield capital investments- Compilation and lodging of technical reports (including NI 43-101 and JORC) on AIM, ASX and TSX stock exchanges - Development of financial models for complete operations and financial analysis including discounted cash flow, sensitivity and scenario analysis as well as reconciliation with historical financial and operating models- Due diligence, site visit and data collection of existing operations including meeting with management and operations teams to develop project scopes and review project outcomes, opportunities and threats- CAPEX estimating of equipment and infrastructure using valuation techniques suitable for various estimate classes from scoping to bankable.
