- Lead and manage the overall projects of a green field start-up project and a pilot platform expansion project, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, government permit, procurement management, Design &.
- Set up the engineering and project team form 0 to 20 members, as well as initiated the projects (e.g: project charter, cost estimation, risk management etc.,).
- Review user requirements for projects, including process & utility equipments, design & GMP compliance review, Civil & M&E construction, interior decoration & furnitures, EMS&BMS, cleanroom and CQV etc., e.g.
- End-to-End management of site construction activities, including EHS inspection, quality management, expenditure review, change approval, schedule control,etc.,
- Led the engineers to support the facility management team in facility&utility system inspections and troubleshoot the discovered issues in a timely manner. As well as collaborating together to complete facility.
- Keep close communication with other functions and report to top management team regularly.
