Resolve technical issues reported by service management teams or customersCreate, migrate and test custom disk imagesParticipate in planning & perform functionality testing for new ImageX releasesLocally administer ITC dedicated server, domain controller and storage solutionDetermine any chronic process issues, recommend improvement plans and ensure hand-off and ownership to the relevant improvement areasAttend customer & support team technical review meetingsProvide education for new starters and internal customers (introduction courses, processes and tools education)
