My responsibilities included monitoring and working on OKRs and KPIs, improving team velocity and time to market, setting and following up on career path of objectives, planning and executing team size changes and ensuring releases met our standards of quality. I also championed best technical practices across squads through Kata facilitation, Pair Programming and Code Review.While working in etermax I also championed leadership and management training for Tech Leads and Tech Owners, took charge of training a Staff Principal, and improved the engineering interview process.
