I’m a person who constantly looks how to add value to other peoples lives. By investing time in personal growth. I take initiative, analyse and work towards continual growth. My motto in life is to be faithful with what you have. I believe in equipping teams, identify and build on strengths to create high performing teams and not individual star players who only look out for themselves. A great achievement in my life was when I started a low performing back office team, which I later got to lead and from being a low performing, low motivated team to become the best performing team in Sweden. By engaging, equipping and building on strengths. Work with culture and team dynamics. But the greatest personal achievements, was to coach and add value in individuals life. Leading them from one point to another in their career. In short I’m a person who have a positive outlook on life, I don’t mind starting over and learning new skills when required. And I stay loyal to what I do, there is not a workplace I’ve worked in that has not been transformed, not by my own effort but by what we together do to make a change and make the best of any given situation.
