Re-agency is a graphic design agency employing Berlin-based recent refugees with graphic design backgrounds.Our clients were governmental and civic organizations as well as businesses who created communications materials for recent migrants. Our mission was to integrate refugee graphic designers through skilled employment.

The Global Challenges Prize 2017: A New Shape was an open call to find new models of global cooperation capable of handling global risks. Started my sabbatical after over 20 years in the advertising industry trying to reshape the world. Leading a small team, we researched and wrote a white paper on redesigning democracy for the digital era. I got invited to New Shape Forum 2018, an international conference in Stockholm, presenting and workshopping entries.The New Shape Prize initiative had an ambitious goal: to inspire ideas and stimulate debate around new, more effective forms of global cooperation at the highest levels about how the world community manages global catastrophic risks, ranging from climate change effects to weapons of mass destruction.http://formatdem.com/

The highlight of my Hungarian career was building the largest communications agency in Hungary. We built a network, the Café Affiliate Network (We_CAN) in 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. I was fortunate to have had partners who were the very best in their fields. Together we built close to ten specialized agencies and combined them under one roof, culture and brand name to provide the best services along with holistic advisory capabilities in communications.I am grateful that we were able to service and gain trust some of the largest corporations in the country including the leading Hungarian bank as clients.

I started my career at the rebirth of the Hungarian market economy in 1990.I joined a company that was started by a few close friends. Within a decade it grew into one of the largest holding companies in the country.I learned by doing and observing excellent leaders around me in business development, employee engagement and change management.I started as a salesman in the foreign trade department and left as a partner.

Web development combined with online and offline communications. I learned how to manage a larger company, gained significant experience in online communications, and started to practice designing corporate strategies.

Land was a television production studio. Not only did I get to work in the media business which was incredibly inspiring at the time, but also worked closely with Land’s CEO who became one of my greatest mentors.I was given the opportunity to manage creative people, and to also interact with powerful media businessmen.In 1996, we started our own media and creative agency where I stepped into a leadership role.
