Based out of the historic Vivian Thomas Office in the former A.E. Blalock Laboratory - responsible for the JHU's MISTIC (Minimally Invasive Surgery Training and Innovation Center). Used by both internal and JHU external (Industry and Innovation Partners), the center provides surgical skills (open, endoscopic, and robotic training) along with developing new innovations in surgery and medicine.

In the JHU's ACCM (Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine Department - management of the Critical Care Technicians and Technologist servicing over 110 anesthetizing locations within the main campus alone. Serving on JHU Main Hospital/Medical Center Surgery, ACCM, and Periop leadership teams.

Serves as Director of the James and Sylvia Earl SAIL (Simulation for the Advancement of Innovation and Learning ) Center ( Department of Simulation - A. Park Chairman)

(Note: Working with Community Schools developing internship programs, Working to set and deliver strategy for institutional tele health program, Developing a tech transfer organization.)

Responsible for Project managing surgical research and innovation projects. Co-design, co-found MASTRI (simulation center), Coordinate and develop Innovations in Surgical Environment Conference, Manage Surgical A/V (Video Productions), Telesugery systems, and A/V video systems within UMMC Periop, Ortho, Simulation, Surgery, and Shock Trauma,.

Director of the Maryland Advanced Simulation Training Research and Innovation Center at the University of Maryland. After building/designing the Center for Dr. Adrian Park he returned after the current Director Dr. Gerald Moses left the institution (to SSIH). The center is one of the original group of American College of Surgeon's Accredited Education Institutes and continues the mission while looking for opportunities for expansion and enhancement.

Develops and implements strategic goals for various teams, develops educational goals and methodologies. Monitors personnel utilization and expenditures/revenues, as well as assists in value analysis.

Under the guidance or Dr. Adrian Park, MASTRI was developed, designed (Business, Program, Accreditation, Infrastructure, Structure), and deployed by IM George. From Inception to ACS accreditation (initial site visit).
