My work with the firm was to recognize end users comments and opinions through quick surveys of the different services and products that provide different companies, trying to be specific in many aspects that are important in the continuous improvement for companies like Volkswagen, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, Izzi, etc.

Thanking my experience and knowledge gained at the time, I designed and developed a complete system able to handle all the transactions including purchases and sales, achieving the automatization of their inventory, reducing the lost considerably in 80%, adding that because of the system for the first time the invested capital and all earnings became tangible.
