I came to Ball in 2020 as quality supervisorAnd started to work on standardised job preparation and quality development through people education of basically quality principles and key points. Based on that we did scrap ratio reduction target and customer complains.Form January 2021 I started work as Quality Manager to build quality KPIs, maintain quality system internally and for external audits. For that time successfull quality department reorganisation was done to spread graphic topics to responsible person. At the same time quality program development gave our plant less scrap ratio in terms of quality concerns and clear training and quality activities program.

First year in Toyota as Quality Engineer was a study period how proper production has organised and how quality implemented in to production process.As Quality Engineer I was responsible for Press Shop panel production and communication with suppliers in terms of quality development topics.For the same time my background as Welding production engineer gave possibility to work with Welding Shop and develop welding audit procedure to cover critical processes of welding.Since 2017 it was two model changes at Toyota Motor Russia. Camry and Rav4 where I was responsible for interior and exterior parts suppliers with full project follow up.The time I learned many things from different production technologies and materials how it made from cad model to installation on complete vehicle.
