Since 2008 I have been working with large organizations across many industries to solve some of their most complex supply chain puzzles. From better utlizing logitics assets such as ships, trucks and trains, to better utlizing production assets such as machines, ingredients and people, our solutions deliver 3-5% efficiency gains.
