Business Analyst
Current- Working with: IBM Notes and Domino, HCL WebSphere portal, IBM Connections, IBM Sametime, Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM). HCL Leap, Axure- Testing software developments within the HCL WebSphere portals.- Project coordination- Organize meetings with clients- Identifies customer needs- Researching possible software solutions to increase work efficiency- Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software- Create functional requirements in use cases- Prepare a timetables- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management- Create a work plan- Determine the resources required to complete the project- Review the project schedule with the team; revise the schedule as required- Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented- Organize workshops/ training courses for the employees of the company-client- Testing / validation of all system functionalities.- Testing of responsive design of all types of devices.
