Spotlight is a private company founded in 2017. The company is based in Zagreb, Croatia and offers production, management, fundraising and other various services in the field of culture, media and entertainment. From 2017 until today Spotlight established itself by providing and taking care of full production and management aspects for various artistic organizations (Croatian Institute for Movement and Dance, Studio Dance Company, De Facto, 21:21, Croatian Dance Network, P137, ON/A etc.) as well as their activities throughout the year (production of domestic and international festivals, theatre performances, distribution of theatre performances, realization of small scale and large scale projects etc.). Ocassionally, Spotlight is hired by artists, private companies and startups to complete various tasks, projects and solve problems.Spotlight also realizes its own projects and in co-production with other companies in the field of culture, media and entertainment. These projects are mostly connected and interact with the technology of 21st century such as VR (Virtual Reality). In 2020 Spotlight became Croatian partner in Creative Europe project Art App: Methodologies and digital tool to foster collaboration between culture and the creative industries and the business sector. This project is realized until the end of 2022 with companies from Hungary, Italy and Greece.

Producer at Zagreb Dance Center (Zagrebački plesni centar // ZPC)A Dance Center in the center of Zagreb, right next to the Main Square. ZDC was opened in 2009th after the city of Zagreb renovated an old cinema and transformed it to the Dance Center.The Dance Center has 3 studios. Two smaller ones mostly used for daily trainings and one big (the black one) with 140 seats.The Dance Center has its own program which contains:- residency program (we support up to 8 artists in residence programme during the season);- education for proffesionals and begginers (every day, mostly between 16:00 and 22:00 there are various dance and movement classes led by proffesional dancers & teachers);- co-productions (we co-produce dance performances and shows with various different artists and companies);- guest/host dance co-productions (we invite and host many artist that are not primary based in Zagreb or Croatia and put them in our programme);- performances and shows (we are also a theatre with a performances scheduled on Thursday, Friday and Saturday).During the season (September - August) we have more than 130 different events (performances, conferences, workshops etc.) at the Dance Center!Visit us: www.plesnicentar.infoSeason 2012./2013.
