Responsibilities: Coordinate TPI/LTR's for special projects, involvement of pre-production meetings for special projects, K+B TENARIS LQR, perform training on revised customer and licensor specifications, recruiting personnel, support of expedited jobs, review and accept bucking graphs, and work instructions review prior to threading jobs. Supervising three K+B QC groups that add a total of 34 employees.

QC Leadmen/Supervisor. Responsible for gage set up's, approve cast molds for premium and API threads, perform receiving inspection of all customer and purchased materials, final inspection of finished products, review torque graphs, order hard Gage's, perform calibration of KB owned Gage's per API and licensor specs, connection end finish verification (manganese phosphate, sand blast, sugar blast or enhanced phosphate), Coordinate LTR's & TPI for End Users like " Exxon, Shell & Chevron jobs", and review employees worked hours (hours worked verification).

Supervised a small group of five QC inspectors, TPI coordinator, perform receiving & final inspection of all tubing and casing materials, and performed trainings for all specs revised.

QC inspector of all premium threads qualified to thread at USS located on East Mount Houston. Licensors like Hinting, GB Tubulars, VAM USA, & NS Connections.

Import and export of corrosive, flammable and toxic materials for oil rigs loading flat beds train containers and eighteen wheelers containers.
