I started at DCA2 as an external Area Manager and was assigned to run Inbound Ambient. After working in Inbound Ambient I was tasked to support the Inbound Chiller where I had the opportunity to grow with my knowledge of Inbound and contribute to projects that improved processes and developed associates into critical role functions. After 1 year I transition to a different shift where I was asked to be part of Outbound since this would be a new area to learn. On this shift I was able to improve rates in various Outbound departments and improve the associate experience.
