Having already been a Computer Systems Officer in the OSS Report Management team for almost 2 years, my responsibilities within the team increased to encompass all facets of reporting. Adding skills to the new responsibilities, I am constantly active in the team to continue report development and management of our environments. I have identified opportunities for creating reporting tools to assist both our team and Service Management, which have increased productivity and client satisfaction.
