I have amassed over five years of extensive experience in the field of internal audit within financial institutions. My expertise encompasses a range of critical responsibilities, including leading and conducting branch office audits, process audits, continuous audits, and investigations, and subsequently reporting on these activities. I have also held a pivotal role in performing internal quality assurance for the internal audit department, calculating key risk indicators, conducting in-depth risk analysis, and actively participating in the creation of the annual audit plan and the preparation of quarterly and yearly audit reports. Furthermore, my skill set extends to data mining, exploration, and analysis, involving the proficient use of advanced tools such as SAS. I have successfully introduced and implemented innovative, agile, automated, and data-driven audit methodologies. Additionally, I have made valuable contributions to international internal audit projects, which have further enriched my global perspective and capabilities.As part of my initial rotation within the Intesa Sanpaolo International Talent Program, I currently serve as a Chief Analyst in the Cybersecurity team within the Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Department. In this role, my primary focus is on executing and reviewing NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) controls, as well as participating in the enhanced ECB Cyber Resilience Stress Test of the Bank.My unwavering commitment to continuous learning and growth is exemplified by my current enrollment in an MBA (Master of Business Administration) program at the Faculty of Economics & Business, Zagreb, and the Management Academy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
