1. Lead new product development projects management for specific zone market with cost effective and speed to market and ensure the products meet legal requirements, product quality and safety standards,2. Participate in the planning and implementation of policy and procedures for product quality, resources planning, and overall performance management,3. Govern the food quality and ensure smooth food production operations as well as maximizing productivity and efficiency,4. Ensure production plants in hygiene and meet with GMP and safety standards,5. Conduct regular onsite supervision at vendors, monitor vendor production procedure to ensure the final products are within specifications, safe and meeting the required quality,6. Prepare technical specifications and audit reports, analyze audit data and analytical results and present any trends to senior management,7. To identify, training and development of sub-ordinate staffs to enhance their effectiveness and knowledge.

Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard and government requirement,2. Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure the product are compliance with regulation and company standard,3. Review and adopt the product label base on local and overseas regulatory requirements,4. Evaluate new and current raw material application from vendors and facilitate the related parties to develop the monitoring plan for production,5. Communicate with marketing, procurement and various departments to fix up outstanding problems, monitor the project timeline to achieve project targets,6. Conduct potential vendor evaluation including processing procedures and quality management system,7. Conduct sampling, physical / chemical testing on starting materials, intermediates and finished products8. Provide technical support in new product development projects and ad-hoc issues.
