I get excited with companies that have People, Purpose and Profit as a guideline to decision making. Having the right purpose is fundamental to making the right decisions and if we put people first, profits will surely follow. While the ability to strategize is crucial, strategies are nothing without a team that understands how to carry them out. I have demonstrated my responsible leadership skills by ensuring that every team I work with understands both the tasks at hand and is motivated enough to give it their full attention.I keep an eye on the business process with a view to learn which ideas are effective and which are less so. In a sense, I have the ability to observe and to learn and effectively address issues. Similarly, I am aware of how businesses change over time and whether any industry-wide innovations could potentially affect competition or production.A business is primarily about some form of production, either a product or service. This production can proceed more efficiently when team members trust and work well with each other. My skills have furnished me with ability to encourage healthy working relationships between team members, clients, producers, other managers and the community at large. As well-planned as a business process can be, it will inevitably encounter some obstacle to overcome. My problem solving skills have always created a path toward bringing the work back to its intended expectation. My principle has always been to be forthright with my employees and the greater industry of which I am part of. My working experience is that teams may not always like what I have to say, but if the message is honest, they will often appreciate knowing the truth thanks to my ability to deliver harder truths diplomatically so as not to alienate workers.I am responsible, optimistic, calm but decisive with broad experience in marketing, administration, banking, accounting, auditing, law, and social entrepreneurship.
