I am an architect, built form and urban design expert who has been working across Sydney and New South Wales for over 20 years. I care deeply about our cities and work to shape the outcomes of our cities for the better, developing approaches that benefit those who live, work and play in these places. As a curious traveler, I seek out and document experiences, observing how urban environments work to learn from and adapt new ways of making places for our Australian cities. In my capacity as Director (Design) at Ethos Urban, I lead and mentor a team of 20 staff through a cross section of strategic master plan projects that range from mixed-use, education, transport, employment infrastructure, commercial and residential. As the Chair of the Ethos Urban Diversity + Inclusion Committee, I am passionate about helping the business build greater awareness of issues through education and the development of initiatives to make the business a safe and inclusive environment to work. I am also a current member of the Ethos Urban delivery review panel that upholds the consistency and quality of proposals while providing assistance in the financial management of projects. As a Registered Architect I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sydney and have previously held the post of Sessional Academic at the University of New South Wales (Sydney) Masters of Architecture Program teaching in the Year 2 Graduation Studio. I am still a contributing member of the program in my capacity as a guest critic for the Graduation Studio.
