Concern on Asset mutation, Write Off Asset and Maintenance New Assets

Responsible for:Creating & Developing Strategies to manage the risk for EHS (Environment Health & Safety), Coordinating with Building Maintenance Analyst to provide ACC Standardization for EHS.

Responsible for controlling building maintenance in all branches and for preparing new branches (looking for a place and renovation)

Responsible for:Manage 1 senior Staff & 1 junior staff, taking responsibility in procurement procession for all ACC branches (46 branches) such as Office Equipment (Furniture, Server, Computers etc), Printing Material, Office Supplies (Toner, paper etc). Procurement Process starts from Choosing Vendors, tender process for all ACC needs, negotiation price, until suppliers Evaluation.

Reviewing All Process in GA Department starts from Preparing KPI (Key Performance Index), Activity Plan, Checking PICA (Problem Identification Corrective Action), Support improvement in all area, Report GA Achievement to General Affair Head & Division Head
