Working mostly on climate change & sustainability projects I am:> developing climate strategies for companies in the energy and financial services industries> understanding and reducing climate-related risks for financial institutions> quantifying climate-related impacts of existing and new products and services> performing ESG benchmarking and climate risk portfolio assessments

Worked on a freelance basis to provide high quality football data and analysis covering various leagues across the world (English Championship, French League 2, Swiss Super League, MLS, Brazilian Serie A & B, Argentine Primera División etc.)

As part of the Range Analytics & Strategy team I brainstormed, analyzed and implemented together with my team ways of optimizing the range processes in Europe. Our main topics were pricing management, range & customer segmentation and range management.To simplify the ranging processes across all BU's in the European organization I worked with internal and external IT colleagues to design, change and implement processes within the main internal ranging & planning tool.

Managing and further developing of the internal Assortment Planning tool used across Europe to range & plan the products offered to the eCom, Retail and Franchise channels. Improvements and changes on the tool were done after:1) the internal stakeholders (Assortment Planners) were interviewed and provided feedback2) improvement areas were identified, proposals were drafted and discussed with the internal Business Solutions team and an external IT developer and adjusted to match all needs & requirements3) final improvements were developed by IT, tested by me and signed-off50% of my working hours during the STA were dedicated to the project

Managing the Range Segmentation guidelines, strategy implementation and concepts deployment execution across Europe. Supporting all BU's with data reporting/analysis and creation of seasonal range segmentation dashboards. Developing strategic business process models and requirements for system workflow automation between Global, Market and Country level.

Conducting basic investment analysis on SMEs in various industries (eg. education, logistics, financial services, IT, oil & gas etc.) as well as analyzing country reports.

As part of the FPS (Foreign Players Service) team we were taking care of Nike contracted football players in Europe who were playing for clubs outside of their home country such as Neymar, Lewandowski, Thiago Silva etc. During my time the number of FPS serviced players increased by more than 30%, but we continued to provide the players with a top quality servicing.
