Globally responsible for product quality of D16 engine, premium product of Volvo Group.Globally responsible for EATS, engine aftertreatment system, for all engines within Volvo Group.Initiate and lead the projects related to quality improvements to meet KPI targets. Identify, solve, implement and follow-up solutions to product quality problems on current applications with a short lead-time in a controlled way. Lead multifunctional project teams (4-8 teams) with mission to solve quality issues. Typical structure of the team (7-10 members): project leader, R&D engineers, purchaser, test engineers, SQA engineer, production preparation engineers, aftermarket engineers, logistic engineers, supplier representatives.
