CurrentDesigned and implemented the strategy for Data & Analytics within the Commercial Team with support from IT to develop reports and apps to communicate results and foster a data driven culture. • Designed the Global Reporting Strategy so internal users rely on PowerBI for their decision-making process. First deliverable was ready within the first 2 weeks of starting in the company.• Implemented regular reporting for Heads of Business globally to communicate results for Reservations, Sales Orders, Vehicle Configurations and Refunds highlighting major achievements and potential risks. Kept the Global Sales Order Bank report running since 2022 with minimal interruptions.• Translated complex business requirements so IT could develop the back-end solution for our internal audience, always focussing on delivering the best product possible within reasonable timelines. Regularly tracked progress and kept both the Business and IT aware of achievements and unlocked blockers by using effective communication techniques.
