I oversee 8 store in Quebec Region and Pop-Up in China. Product: Working with product management team and store management to ensure assortments are maximized and we have the right product and sizes available. Visual: Ensure stores follow visual guidelines, product is seasonal, well presented on the sales floor. Creat visual directives in order for stores to execute the latest visual changes. Windows are representing the current campaign. Store Opening: Creat a floor plan, inventory of fixtures needed, mannequins and props if needed. Work with product management and select product that will perform in that location. Business: Initiate and generate business analysis to track selling, identify key sellers and maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve continued growth and profitability.

Visual : Work with directives to update Mannequins/styling, Windows and Displays maintaining the integrity of the company and standards in order to improve sales. Merchandising: Placing new arrivals on the floors and maintaining the stock room organized and seasonal. Sales reports: I work with the sales reports to see what are the opportunities and successes of the previews week. I also work closely with the Store Manager and Department Manager to have an action plan for the current week. Coaching/Training: Work with the stuff to show them the standards of the company, garment caring etc. I also like to find new talent within the company so I like to coach sales associates into Visual Merchandising.
